investment
The total value of the individual elements of this course adds up to £300, but I'm offering this first series for just £200 (equals about £16 per session!)
I'm also offering £15 off for one to one students and anyone who has already attended a private introductory session as I will have already shared some of the basics with you.

If you’d love to join but know one of the in-person date doesn’t work for you, just let me know – we can find an alternative (I'll be running the course again later in the year so you'll have a chance to catch up on any missed sessions, or I can arrange to record it for you)

Why Learn from Me?
I’ve been practising yoga and mindfulness practices for 20 years and am an avid believer and have first-hand experience in the power of mindful practices to support us through the most challenging of circumstances. I'm passionate about its value in managing the changes that occur as we enter this life stage and feel it is my dharma to share it with anyone who can benefit from it.

In addition, I have completed over 500 hours of yoga teacher training, including specialist learning on its therapeutic benefits such as:
-
Menoyoga® training with Sally Parkes
-
50-hour Yoga4Health (Personalised Care Institute approved) with Yoga in Healthcare Alliance
-
Plus countless hours of research, reading, and studying to curate the most useful and practical resources for this course.

If you can't commit to the entire series right now, there will be opportunities to join some individual sessions (depending on numbers), but I feel that the real value lies in connecting as a group and sharing the whole experience together, so if you are keen to participate, I encourage you to consider joining us for the duration. You will get much more out of it and benefit from all of the surrounding materials.

I will run a second series over the winter (note that the second run will likely to be at a heavily increased rate!)
