This programme is designed to bring women of any age and any stage together in a supportive, open, empowering space, where we can talk honestly, learn from each other, and discover practical ways to navigate menopause with strength and confidence.

investment

The total value of the individual elements of this course adds up to well over £400, but I'm offering it for just £250 (equates to about £20 per session) plus you have all of the written and recorded resources, and access to the Second Spring Facebook Support Group for life!

I'm offering £15 off for one-to-one students and anyone who has already attended an introductory Yoga for Menopause session with me.

If you’d love to join but know one of the in-person dates doesn’t work for you, just let me know – we can find an alternative (I'll be running the course again so you'll have a chance to catch up on any missed sessions, or I can arrange to record it for you)

Why Learn from Me?

I’ve been practising yoga and mindfulness for 20+ years and am an avid believer and have first-hand experience in the power of breath, movement, and mindful practices to support us through the most challenging of circumstances.

In addition, I have completed over 500 hours of yoga teacher training, including specialist learning on its therapeutic benefits such as:

  • Menoyoga® training with Sally Parkes

  • 50-hour Yoga4Health (Personalised Care Institute approved) with Yoga in Healthcare Alliance

  • Plus countless hours of research, reading, and studying to curate the most useful and practical resources for this course.

I'm passionate about the value of yoga and mindfulness in managing the changes that occur as we enter this life stage and feel it is my dharma to share it with anyone who can benefit from it.

If you can't commit to the entire series right now, there may be opportunities to join some individual sessions (depending on numbers), but I feel that the real value lies in connecting as a group and sharing the whole experience together, so if you are keen to participate, I encourage you to consider joining us for the duration. You will get much more out of it and benefit from all of the surrounding materials.
