The price will increase with each round as the programme evolves and grows - there's already over £400 worth of content in there so now is the time to sign up at this reduced rate.

If you’d love to join but know one of the in-person dates don’t work for you, just let me know and we can find an alternative (I'll be running the course again so you'll have a chance to catch up on any missed sessions, or I can arrange to record it for you so you can catch up later)

Why Learn from Me?

I'm passionate about the value of yoga and mindfulness in managing the changes that occur as we enter this life stage and feel it is my dharma to share it with anyone who can benefit from it.

I’ve been practising yoga and mindfulness for 20+ years and am an avid believer and have first-hand experience in the power of breath, movement, and mindful practices to support us through the most challenging of circumstances.

In addition, I have completed over 500 hours of yoga teacher training, including specialist learning on its therapeutic benefits such as:

  • Menoyoga® training with Sally Parkes

  • 50-hour Yoga4Health (Personalised Care Institute approved) with Yoga in Healthcare Alliance

  • Plus countless hours of research, reading, and studying to curate the most useful and practical resources for this course.

If you can't commit to the entire series right now, there may be opportunities to join some individual sessions (depending on numbers), but so much value lies in connecting as a group and sharing the whole experience together, so if you are keen to participate, I encourage you to consider joining us for the duration. You will get much more out of it and benefit from all of the surrounding materials.
