As well as teaching public classes at Shanti Bideford I offer a whole suite of other courses, private and one to one services blending yoga, meditation, breathwork and reiki.

Looking to deepen your practice with some private tuition or bring a mindful touch to a special event?
I offer a personalised service, creating bespoke experiences for corporate clients, private groups and on a one-to-one basis for individuals. This can be in person or online, depending on your preference.

I host regular 2-3 hour workshops including a full day-retreat at my home, slow and juicy candelit yin, and an uplifting and energising mindful mandala. All allow space to connect with other guests over spiced chai and tasty treats.

My flagship yoga for menopause programme is a 10 module hybrid online and in person course blending a range of self care tools and mindful practices to support women to navigate through the menopause transition with less fear, and more ease. The next series starts in Sept.

I co-founded Elements Retreats in 2020 with fellow teacher Steph, creating soul-nourishing experiences inspired by the elements of nature.
