online class packs

I'm a big fan of in-person yoga classes. I love the energy created when people come together to move with a shared intention.  I love the chats before and after class, and I love the focus and commitment that often only comes when we practice as part of a group.

 

But I also get that life happens. Work and family and home commitments often get in the way of even the most robust of self-care routines.

Sometimes it's not practical or convenient to make it to a class. Sometimes it's nice to stay at home, in your pyjamas and create your own space where you know you don't have to talk to anyone. And sometimes (OCCASIONALLY) I take a break from teaching.

 

So, if you still want to move your body and reach for some peace in your mind but something gets in the way of you joining me for class,  I've created some online class packs with a variety of practices to suit every mood that you can practice  at home. Links will be provided on request - just drop me a message.

Online yoga class

anytime yoga

With the 'Anytime' Yoga Series, you’ll get:​

  • Expand and Open - A spacious, heart-opening sequence to lift your mood and your posture (40 min)

  • Mindful Slow Flow - Gentle movement and breath to calm the mind and ground the body (35 min)

  • Unwind Before Bed – Stretch & Release - Soothing, floor-based stretches to ease tension and support deep rest (25 min)

  • Twists & Turns - energising firey flow to build heat, release stagnation and boost motivation (35 min)

  • Breath of Fire – Pranayama Practice - A short, powerful breath practice to energise and clear mental fog (7 min)

Classes will be available on request from 14th April.

£20 for lifetime access to all five classes, or £7 per class. (Class pass credits can be used)

beginner's classics series

With the Beginner's Series, you’ll get:

  • An introduction to yoga focused on building familiarity in some of the most foundational poses   (40 min)

  • Gentle dynamic flow designed to get you moving and develop awareness of the body (45 min)

  • A Firey practice to blow away the cobwebs and reignite your inner strength (still suitable for beginners I promise! You can go at your own pace) (30 min)

  • A slow practice designed to make your hips happy (40 min)

  • A bonus Yin Yoga Session to find stillness within and gently release tension and stress (50 min)

  • Breathe deep: Purely pranayama practice for days when the energy tank is empty) (10 min)

£20 for lifetime access to all six classes, or £7 per class.
