Hi, I'm Hannah!

I'm a vinyasa yoga teacher based in beautiful North Devon.

I discovered yoga in my 20's during my travels in India and it has since become an essential tool to managing my health and wellbeing, bringing balance and perspective to my daily life.

My aim is to promote wellbeing, self-acceptance, and fun, through creative and uplifting classes that allow space for exploration and play. I believe that everyone can benefit from the practice, and I'm passionate about creating meaningful shared experiences that help my students build a deeper connection to themselves, each other and their surroundings through mindul conscious breath and movements.

my offerings

I teach 8 public classes per week in and around Bideford, as well as private events, retreats, one-to-one tuition, monthly workshops, and corporate wellness sessions.


My typical style follows a dynamic vinyasa sequence (whereby each pose flows into the next, linked with the breath) carefully planned to help you to connect with yourself as well as challenge you mentally and physically. I aim to keep it accessible for all abilities and can offer modifications to simplify as needed to suit different levels of experience. My 'Gently Yoga' class is suitable for anyone who has never stepped foot in a yoga class before, or anyone who prefers a slower gentler practice.

My hope is that you will feel physically stronger and mentally lighter, long after you step off your mat.

Regular public classes in and around Bideford are shown below. 


All are 60 mins and £9 per person, or you can buy a block of 6 classes for £45, which can be used over 2 months across any location (excluding Leisure Centre).
