As well as yoga for adults, I'm also trained to work with kids, through Cosmic Kids Yoga, focusing on interactive story-telling.  

 

Yoga is amazing for kids! As well as being a fun activity, it supports wellbeing, lifts mood, aids learning and can create a calm atmosphere. All upcoming classes will be listed on here and on my social media channels. I am also happy to take private bookings from schools, kids clubs, special events and festivals.
